Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at  We are sure you will be delighted with the quality of the items you ordered. However, if you're not happy with the item/s you receive, please contact us within 14 days to discuss and arrange an exchange or refund.

Returned items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

After we receive your item, one of our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
